Banquet and Awards January 21st 2006

Went to the SLDBA Banquet at the Sheraton Four Points in Earth City this past Saturday.  We were seated with Big Dick's Halfway Inn Motorsports team back in a corner of the room.  Guess they know us pretty well :)  Roger was the Master of Ceremonies as usual and did an excellent job of keeping things moving.  We got to visit with several good friends that we just don't see enough of like John & Terry Bowles from the SLDBA, Dave & Mary Ann Schmidt, their son, daughter-in-law and five of their grandkids, all of whom help out with Little Dave's boat "Just Another Quickie".  Everyone we talked to is looking forward to another great season of Drag Boat Racing.  Hopefully we will be able to make several of the races with Big Dick's Motorsports and Little John's Marine Service.  Check out some of the pictures from the evening at:
