Tipper update, February 2008

Our boating friend, Tipper, who tried moving to Florida with his boat a couple of years ago is back up here on the river with his boat "Tip One" at Woodland Marina (and looking for a live aboard houseboat). On one of his trips back from Florida I did a "Get Your Picture Taken With Tip"  at Sharky's Cove (see below). Anyway, continuing that theme while at Crusher's "Football is over party" recently I got a shot of him with his new "White Bunny Rabbit" hat on to handle the cold weather back here in St. Louis along with some of our lovely first mates from up here on the river. In the picture with Tip are (left to right) Maureen (my first mate on the boat "After You"), Sue (Gary's first mate on the boat "Scooby Too"), Amy (Doug's first mate on the boat "Gin Bucket") and What's her name? (Penny, Crusher's first mate on the boat "Say Steel"). Guess Tip is re-learning how to deal with winter up here.

Tipper was in town and on the river again!

Tip, aka James Trindle, came up from Sunny Florida to hang out with some of his old boating buddies.  Some of you might remember the little guy from Woodland with the boat "Tip One".  Well after living and boating in Florida for the last year he had to come back up to the Mississippi and get in some REAL boating.  Caught up with him Thursday night at Sharky's Cove and took some pics of him and some of his friends.  Check them out at:
