Christmas Tree Trimming Party

Connie started this tradition about 20 years ago.  We used to actually start out on a Saturday morning with Peach Schnapps, Mimosa, Baileys & Coffee in search of the perfect tree.  Needless to say that made for a long day by the time the tree was relatively straight in the stand and fully decorated.  Now Connie & Craig get the tree ahead of time and have it safely in the stand so Wally and I don't have to cut off the trunk after it has been decorated (?)  This year the usual suspects returned, along with a few Tree Trimming Party Virgins (Tina, Steve, Bob & Sue).  After some wonderful food, a few libations the trimming began in earnest.  As usual the tree looked wonderful by the end of the evening, same can't be said for us trimmers though.  Check out the pics at
