Grampa Woo Cruise with the Con Trios Yacht Club October 21st, 2006
The Con Trios Yacht Club organized a fall color cruise on the 120' boat Grampa Woo III Saturday afternoon. The boat picked us up at Sharky's Cove. John from Sharky's also provided the food for the cruise. Although the weather didn't completely co-operate, a little cool and some rain, everyone seemed to have a great time. We had over a hundred on board for the 3 hour tour. Headed downriver to the statue at Portage Des Sioux where the blessing of the fleet takes place. Bob, Janet, Craig and Connie, who are prospective members of Con Trios, also joined us at our boat and then on the cruise. Thanks to Fleet Captain Tim Tighe for putting on another excellent event this year.
